Corfu, a green greek island in the Ionic Sea surrounded by cypresses, old olive trees, nice beaches, greek taverns, beautiful open people under a bright sun will support you in this process. A week to let go old emotional baggage, renew your energy and connect with the playful & joyful feeling of life.

Before breakfast we invite you to an active morning session (Sometimes on the beach). The period after breakfast through to lunchtime is set aside for seminars. During the day there is always time to swim, sunbathe, read or just enjoy the moment. In the evening  we gather together for dinner and afterwards to take part in the final seminar for the day. Saturdays are kept free for arrival and departure. From Sunday to Friday we have scheduled approximately 6-7 hours' seminar time per day. 

Corfu / Arillas & Seminar Center

Corfu is a beautiful sunny island with many beautiful beaches. Even in midsummer, Corfu is not overcrowded. The traditional Ouranus Club is located in the small town of Arillas. The seminar room - with its own dining area and a terrace overlooking the sea - is located on a hill just 10 minutes from the beach. The accommodations are arranged around it in small beautiful Greek houses. In the Free Time many places and neighboring bays can be explored with a rented scooter.

Singles and couples

..... are equally welcome! Making new friends, breaking out of the isolation of separateness, gathering new stimuli for oneself and / or a partner relationship are fulfilling for all. Of course, all exercises can always take place in the familiar couple dynamic on request. Previous experience is not required. (We pay attention to creating and maintaining a harmonious relationship between men, women, couples and singles.)

Workshop language

The main language throughout the retreat is English. In some cases, individual exercises can be translated into German and French for more detailed explanation.
